Subscriptions, Cancellations, and Refunds

Some services may be offered as automatically renewing monthly or annual subscriptions. Before purchase, the checkout page will show the price, billing interval, and renewal arrangement. Your subscription will renew at the interval you selected unless you cancel before the current billing period ends.

• Canceling a subscription: Sign in, go to Settings > Billing, and select Manage Subscription to cancel in the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and you can continue using the service until then.
• Refund eligibility: You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your first paid subscription purchase. We may be unable to refund substantially used services, consumed credits or other digital entitlements, renewal charges, promotional or complimentary entitlements, or other cases where refunds are not required by applicable law.
• How to request a refund: Contact us through our contact page or at support@clonewebsite.app. Include the email address on your account, order number, purchase date, and reason for the request. We may ask you to verify your identity to protect your account.
• Timing: We normally acknowledge and process eligible requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; the payment provider or card issuer may take a further 5–10 business days to make funds available.

This refund policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

Our website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content
